RHA® Collection

Cape Medical Group is proud to be one of the only provider in southern Delaware to carry the RHA ® Collection.

RHA is the first and only injectable hyaluronic acid filler approved by the FDA to adapt to facial movements. The RHA® Collection offers three levels of filler depending on your needs. Each provides long-lasting, natural-looking results by smoothing wrinkles and dynamic lines.

Wrinkles and Dynamic Lines

Stagnant facial wrinkles occur as part of the aging process as you lose elasticity and collagen in your facial tissue. Dynamic lines, also called expression lines, are caused by the repetitive muscle movements that you make to laugh, smile, frown and furrow your brows.

Why Choose RHA® Collection?

The RHA® Collection uses hyaluronic acid, a lubricating gel that naturally occurs in the body. It helps give your skin a plump, youthful appearance but diminishes with age. The type of hyaluronic acid filler used is newly manufactured, and more closely resembles the natural acid found in the skin.

The RHA® Collection treats dynamic lines without inhibiting facial movements by allowing the gel to move with your facial muscles, giving you a natural look while your face is at rest or in motion.

Three levels

  • RHA®2 is best for moderate dynamic wrinkles and lines around your mouth and lips. It also works well for wrinkles found on your forehead and between your nose and eyebrows.
  • RHA®3 is used to fill deeper wrinkles around your mouth and nose. These are commonly referred to as laugh or smile lines.
  • RHA®4 is injected into the deeper layers of the skin. It treats more severe wrinkles and folds and adds volume to your cheeks and the contours of your face.

How is it Performed?

RHA dermal fillers are quick outpatient procedures performed in your doctor’s office. Each injection contains a small amount of anesthetic to help reduce discomfort during treatment. Results are immediate and can last up to 15 months.

Some people experience minor, temporary side effects after the procedure such as bruising, swelling and tenderness at the injection site. Contact a medical professional if you have more severe symptoms such as numbness, blurred vision, flu-like symptoms or signs of an allergic reaction.
